I worked with Spencer when I purchased my first home in 2010. I was understandably nervous since it was one of the biggest steps I had taken at that point in life, and Spencer was so knowledgeable understanding, and patient with me that the process a breeze. He was always willing to spend however long it took explaining processes I didn’t understand and answering any questions I had, no matter how silly they might have been. When I was ready to sell my starter home (2015) and look for something bigger, Spencer and The Perry Group were my first phone call. He made the selling of my home as painless as I imagine is possible, and he and Brooke made the purchase of my current home the best experience yet. They are personable, available, kind, and they know their stuff!
